Quoting platform redesign

About the Project

Wawanesa Insurance US needed to redesign the auto insurance quoting platform to increase quote conversion. The old platform was not very user friendly, carried technical debt and wasn't accessible on mobile devices. The goal was to modernize the application, increase conversions and make quoting accessible to mobile users.

Working with numerous stakeholders the flow was redesigned over a few months. Portions of the experience were tested with users via a web based testing platform and their feedback was leveraged to improve the solution. Once the flow was approved I built the front end html and css then worked with development teams to implement the UI into a React.js code base. The result was a cleaner more focused user experience which resulted in an immediate increase to quote completion.
